GoLighter is a digital platform focused on weight management, where clarity and trust play a key role in the user experience. The project started with customer research, target group definition, and market analysis to understand how the brand was perceived and where it could improve. Based on these insights, the goal was to reshape the brand into something more focused, modern, and accessible. Instead of small adjustments, the approach was to rethink the system from the ground up. The challenge was aligning business goals with user expectations while simplifying the overall experience. Every decision was guided by real user needs rather than assumptions. The result is a clearer direction that feels more relevant and easier to understand.

Following the strategic groundwork, the redesign was developed in collaboration with a UI/UX team, ensuring both visual quality and functional consistency. The focus was on building a structured and scalable design system that works across product, web, and marketing. Typography, color, and layout were refined to improve readability and create a more confident visual presence. Components were simplified and standardized to support a smoother user journey. The collaboration allowed for faster iteration while maintaining a strong overall direction. The outcome is a brand that feels more aligned, more usable, and better positioned within its space. A redesign shaped by insight and executed through a collaborative process.
